  • Competition Event is run ethically in the State of New South Wales, Australia and comply with Australian consumer protection and privacy laws, and follow the specific rules and regulations for running competitions and informing Winners.

  • Number of Tickets allocated to be sold are 30 in Total, with the Ticket price of $25.00 including GST.

  • Mother's Day Event (Held each year in May)

(a) Duration of the promotions open approximately 7-8 weeks prior from the event date and close a few days before the event date, during business hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

(c) Dates for Mother's Day 2025 event:

Opens 17th March 2025 at 9am & Closes 9th May 2025 at 5pm.

  • Father's Day Event (Held each year in September)

(a) Duration of the promotions open approximately 7-8 weeks prior from the event date and close a few days before the event date, during business hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

(c) Dates for Father's Day 2025 event: Now Closed.

  • Christmas Season Event (Held each year in December)

(a) Duration of the promotions open approximately 7-12 weeks prior from the event date and close a few days before the event date, during business hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

(b) Actual dates will be displayed and updated each year on this policy page.

(c) Dates for Christmas Season 2025 event: Now Closed.

    (c) Location that is convenient for the Winner within a 20km radius of Glenwood NSW (please read below accepted surrounding suburbs)

    (d) Posed or Lifestyle style photos

    (e) Digital photos delivered via Dropbox

  • BONUS #1: 30-minute Pre-shoot Consultation Valued at $250

  • Must be aged 18 years and older at time of purchase of tickets.

  • Open to residents of suburbs within 20km radius of Glenwood NSW

    (a) Stanhope Gardens and surrounding suburbs

    (b) Castle Hill and surrounding suburbs

    (c) Parramatta and surrounding suburbs

    (d) Rouse Hill and surrounding suburbs

    (e) Windsor and surrounding suburbs

how winners will be chosen

  • The Winner will be drawn through the website Wheel of Names which randomly Draws a Winner.

how winners claim the prize

  • After the Winner is contacted and confirmed, the Promotor will schedule a 15-min Booking Call to start making arrangements towards selecting a date for the photo shoot.

  • Date of the photo session will be according to availability, however the Promotor will endeavour to strive for the desired date of the Winner.

  • The Winner will complete a short Application Questionaire Form online to assist the Promotor to prepare for the photo shoot session.

  • Photo shoot session will take place on site at the selected Location.

  • Expected time frame to receive the Professional Edited Photos is approx. 2-3 weeks after the photo session.

  • Delivery of photos can be Downloaded by the Winner from the Dropbox platform. Promotor will forward an email to the Winner with the Dropbox details where they can gain access to the Professional Photos.

expiry terms

  • The Prize is valid for 3 years from the Winner Announcement date. Expiry dates cannot be extended.

  • Prize must be claimed during this period and cannot be Transferred to another person or Cashed in.
