How far in advance should we book a photo session?

It's best to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially if you have a specific date or occasion in mind. This gives us ample time to plan and prepare for the shoot.

Where can the photoshoot take place?

We can have the photoshoot at a location that holds special meaning for your family, such as your home, a favourite park, or a place where you have fond memories. I can also suggest picturesque locations if you need ideas.

Can we bring props or special items to the photoshoot?

Absolutely! Props and special items that are meaningful to your family can add a personal touch to your photos. Feel free to include these to make your family photos more memorable.

What should we wear?

Wear clothes that are complementary colours as this works well. Also choose clothes that represent your family's personality and that people are comfortable in. When you invest in one of our photography packages, you will receive a bonus guide on how to select your outfits for the session.

What if we don’t know how to pose?

With over 20 years experience in this industry, I have everything in place to ensure you and family will look like posing experts! I will guide you and family through the process to remove any confidence or posing overwhelm.When you invest in one of our photography packages, you will receive a bonus guide on how to pose and be confident in front of the camera.

Do you provide hair and makeup for us ladies?

Our packages don’t include hair and makeup. I am happy to work with you to achieve amazing results for you and your family. If you have stylists that you would like to book in with, we can work around this with you and your nominated stylists.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel the photography session?

Please refer to our rescheduling and cancellation of services policy on our Terms & Conditions Page

What is the estimated time frame of when I will receive the professional edited photos?

You will receive your photos through Dropbox which you will be able to view and also print. This will occur 2-3 weeks after your photo session. If there is a delay in return. I will then get in contact with you.

What is the investment for this photoshoot experience with my family?

All our packages are designed to celebrate You and Your family. We have various packages to cater for everyone’s budget and we also offer Pre-payment plans. Complete our application form and make a booking to chat with me, so together we can discover the best options for you and your family to capture lasting memories.

What do I need to do to get started?

Step 1 is to complete the online application form to help me get to know more about you and your family before our call together, then step 2 you will be directed to my personal calendar to book in your complimentary strategy session at a suitable time that works best for you.
